Our Enrichment Programs are the ones that provide the founding to reach the children of low-income families so your support is greatly appreciated. PIANO/GUITAR/DRUMS: Students will learn to play the piano/keyboard or the guitar (acoustic or electric), chords, music theory, ear-training, sight-reading. Guitar students will also learn to read Tablature. A fun way to learn to play their favorite songs!
Keyboards will be provided for Piano Students. Guitar Students: Please bring own guitar.

ROBOTICS: Students will learn how to build and program basic robot behaviors using motors and rotation, sound, light, touch and ultrasonic sensors. Step-by-step instructions teach students how to use the programming language. Students will learn to design, program and control fully-functional models and robots that carry out life-like automated tasks. We combine Lego Robotics, Lego WeDo, Lego Minecraft, and other Lego themes. All Lego parts are provided for the class.
FILMMAKING: Students will learn all aspects of filmmaking, including screenwriting, storyboarding, acting, directing, and editing. Students will also collaborate creating short films, tackling everything from scripting, casting, shooting, editing, and promoting the film. We will create documentaries, animated shorts, music videos, a newscast and other types of shoots.
DRAWING Cartoons, Caricatures, and illustrations: Children will have the opportunity to create their own super heroes, their stories, and draw the characters, background, etc. This program provides the basis for other creative activities like painting or sculpture; it also provides a direct link with reading, writing, mathematics, geometric shapes, and measurements.
SPANISH: Today's children need to be prepared to live and work in a global context. Goals: to become more proficient in Spanish and to acquire an understanding of and appreciation for other cultures. Students will learn conversation, reading and writing in social and daily life situations. Instructors are native speakers.
SOCCER: Age appropriate instruction. Students will learn how to play soccer. Instruction includes techniques, physical condition, and scrimmage using a variety of fun games.
